Return and Refund Policy
Any purchases made through Élever must be returned to the head office within 30 days from date of purchase to qualify for a refund. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items.

If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorise your return and advise how to proceed.
All customer returns are at the customer's expense and must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Élever box provided.
