RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To arrange a return, please contact our customer care team at hello@eleveraustralia.com.au.

Refund or exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund. If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorise your return and advise how to proceed. ​

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.

Returns are at the customer's expense and pieces must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Élever box provided.
